The official Hoseasons handover time is 2pm, however we prefer to have your boat ready for an earlier takeover time of 1pm, although, if your boat is ready before this time you can, of course get onboard.  Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control your boat may be delayed, but we will always do our utmost to get you on your way at the earliest opportunity and would ask for your understanding and patience in these situations.  In order that we know when to expect you on your day arrival, please make sure that you complete the relevant arrival details section on your paperwork sent by Hoseasons and return it directly to Summercraft as soon as possible.  If you are going to be unavoidably delayed on your journey and will arrive AFTER 4pm, please telephone us as early as possible.
