Summer Leisure offer a selection of immaculate, individual waterside properties located close to the centre of Wroxham, widely acknowledged as the capital of the Broadland.  Wroxham itself is a hive of activity on the water and ashore, with a variety of shops, supermarkets, riverside pubs, hotels and restaurants and no visit would be complete without a walk across the historic Wroxham bridge.  Alternatively, your accommodation is also ideally placed to visit the twin cathedral city of Norwich or the stunning Norfolk coastline, including the lively seaside resort of Great Yarmouth.  And no holiday here would be complete without a river trip, hire one of our launches for either a day or week and explore the haven of tranquillity that is the Norfolk Broads. On a Summer Leisure cottage holiday the choice is yours! 

Situated close to Summercraft’s attractively landscaped boatyard and set slightly back from the main river, we have properties, all with water frontage, to suit parties of all sizes and budget. 

All our immaculate properties have 

• Colour television and DVD player
• Fully equipped kitchen including microwave
• Bath and/or shower
• Bed linen including duvets
• All beds made up for your arrival
• Fully double glazed
• Electricity included in the cost of your holiday
• Car parking adjacent to your property (except Summerhaven and Summervista which have designated spaces in our on site car park)
• Garden furniture (comprising of table and chairs)
• Row dinghy or launch (depending on your choice of property, please check description for details)

At Summercraft we also offer the following additional extras FREE OF CHARGE

• Free buoyancy aids
• Pet lifejacket (must be pre-ordered)
• Boat handling tuition should you wish to hire one of our launches
• Collection from Wroxham (Hoveton) Railway Station
• 24 hour call out service for the duration of your holiday

We also have an in-house florist and are able to arrange (for a charge) flowers in your holiday cottage upon your arrival or to be delivered during your holiday, to help you celebrate a special occassion.  Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your individual requirements.

Bookings from all male, all female or young (aged under 25) mixed parties only be prior arrangement, please check before booking. 

Pets are accepted at a charge of £25 per week (maximum of two per property).
