Pam Damji first visited the Norfolk Broads onboard a hire boat at the tender age of 5 months. Despite a burning, bright,sunny week and being confined below deck until the sun went down it began a lifetime love of all things Broads but especially an interest in hire boats, which continues with a passion to this day.

Originally from Yorkshire but now residing in Suffolk, Pam was employed for 15 years at regional tourist boards in both counties and is now mum to three young children (who all love boating on the Broads!). She was also a freelance writer for Norfolk Afloat (and later, Anglia Afloat) and wrote articles specific to the hire boat industry.

Experienced in all areas of customer care, administration, promotion, the tourism industry and with an extensive knowledge of the Norfolk Broads hire boat industry, Pam has now worked closely with Summercraft to compile this website in association with Continuity and is now available to carry out similar projects including daily administration of community based sites.
