Do I Need a Licence To Drive the Boat?

No, you do not need a licence to drive a boat on the Norfolk Broads.  Thorough tuition will be given to you on handover and will include a river trial where you will be taught a series of manoeuvres and boat handling skills by our dedicated team before you leave the yard and your holiday begins.  This can take approximately 45 minutes to one hour for first time hirers.  For previous customers we will take you through a 15 minute refresher.  Your safety is our priority!
